What we offer

From a single repair to a yearly plan.

Tell us what’s installed and what’s going on. We review it first, so the technician arrives with the right parts and a plan.

Repairs

A camera offline, a reader not reading, an alarm that won’t arm. We diagnose, fix and explain what happened.

Health checks

A one-time review of every device, recording, backup battery and connection, with a short written report.

Maintenance plans

Scheduled visits (quarterly, twice a year or yearly) so small problems are caught before they become outages.

Upgrades & expansion

More cameras, more doors, newer recorders, analog to IP. We build on what you have where it makes sense.

Service request

Tell us what you have.

A rough count is fine. We’ll review your request and contact you to confirm the details and next steps.

    Before you call

    Quick checks that often help

Is the recorder powered and its lights on? Did the power or internet go out recently? Restarting the recorder or the network switch fixes more problems than you’d think. Our Help Center has step-by-step guides.

    Safety

    Leave panels closed

Please don’t open electrical panels, power supplies or alarm boxes. If you notice a burning smell, heat or sparks, switch off at the breaker if it’s safe to do so and call an electrician, or 911 in an emergency.

    Our approach

    Honest recommendations

If a part can be repaired, we repair it. If replacing makes more sense, we’ll show you why and give you options at different budgets.
