TPM Security System is a Vancouver-based low-voltage contractor. We design, supply, install and maintain the cabling, security and communication systems inside commercial, office and residential buildings, and we stay accountable for them long after handover.

Our story
Started on site, still run from site.
TPM was founded by Mohammad Ansari after years of installing and managing low-voltage systems across Metro Vancouver.
Too often, a building’s cabling, cameras, access control and phones were split between several companies. Each one did its part, and the owner was left to sort out the gaps. TPM was built to take that problem away: one team responsible for every low-voltage system, from the first drawing to the last test report.
Today we deliver projects for general contractors, developers, strata corporations, property managers and business owners in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. The approach hasn’t changed: plan carefully, build cleanly, document everything and pick up the phone when you call.

How we work
The standards we hold ourselves to.
We plan before we pull cable
Coverage, cable routes and rack space are worked out on drawings first. Changes on paper are cheap; changes after drywall are not.
We coordinate with every trade
Electricians, door suppliers, framers and IT teams all touch our work. We talk to them early so the strike, the conduit and the power are where they need to be.
We leave it clean and labelled
Tidy racks, labelled cables and documented settings. The next person to open the cabinet, whether it’s us or not, should understand it in minutes.
We stay after handover
Training for your staff, a clear warranty and service when you need it. Most of our relationships start with one project and continue for years.
